3.2. Non-Destructive Testing Nondestructive testing (NDT) is used to evaluate the strength and quality of concrete at specified locations in the RCC structure of RBs, specifically box culverts. NDT contributes to the structural stability of the bridges. Visual Inspection, Rebound Hammer (RH), Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), Half-Cell potential tests, concrete core tests, concrete chemical tests, and profometer tests are all part of the work that have been carried out. During the Visual Inspection of these bridges, several defects were observed, minor cracks that mostly affected the edge of the bridges were the major source of these issues. The presence of visible patches of spalled concrete further compounded the integrity issues. The reinforcement of the bridges was also exposed to atmosphere, which could lead to corrosion and further damage. The majority of the bridges also had plant growth, which could lead to an
