3. Results

3.1. Laboratory testing of glued joints

During the destructive laboratory testing of glued joints occurred the damage in most of test specimens in first internal layer of plywood or LVL. Only in minimum test specimens occurred the damage in the solid wood middle element. In figures 3 and 4 are shown typical damages in first layers of LVL and plywood after the joint collapse.
