energy and force have been evaluated and concluded that during the bulbous successfully penetrating the struck ship, the increment of the internal energy becomes less and the resultant force experiences significant reduction. In the shell collision and deck-collision scenarios, their failure sequence indicated that crushing process of the side shell and upper deck begins before the bulbous bo ’s penetration.
