4. The verification of proposed algorithm and conclusions

The above-mentioned computational transformation procedure was performed on a cylindrical specimen with the V shape notch of the semicircular by Fig. 5. On the specimen loaded by the random loading process by Fig. 3, was measured nominal stress by three circumferentially deployed strain gauges, as well as the stress in the root of the notch by an identical deployment of the strain gauge sensors.
