5. Conclusion During the design of the Reno mattress of the open canal, by the engineers of the technical design offices, the various verifications carried out by deterministic calculations revetment stability were conclusive taking into account safety factors recommended by design codes. While the reliability analysis on the Reno mattress of the open canal gave negative results for all frequential flows and all state functions except for the decennial flow in the state function of the speed test. Consequently, it is important to integrate reliability calculations into technical design offices at the design stage of the structures.
