(4) Except for the case of PET, the adhesion strength decreased linearly with an increase in the egg white ratio. In the case of PET, the adhesion strengths at 40 and 50 vol.% of egg white were significantly larger than those in the other polymer cases. This led to a deviation from the linear relationship for the case of 50 vol.% egg white.
