The web platform uses the Software as a Service model, which allows the user to use the software by his own account and from any internet-connected device. It is designed in order to decouple the GUI and the part of the code application by means of Application Program Interfaces. The Guidelines, for the evaluation of some parameters involved, leave a wide range of interpretation, which can lead to different estimates of the level of defectiveness. Therefore, a procedure for the evaluation of the level of defectiveness is suggested and implemented in the web platform. To this end, the list of the critical elements has been integrated and a matrix to evaluate the level of defectiveness as a function of the inspection results has been introduced. The procedure proposed by the Guidelines was applied to 142 bridges on the A18 highway (Sicilia region, Italy). The results, expressed in terms of class of attention (Structural-Foundational and Seismic) and of the related factors (hazard, vulnerability and exposure), produced as graph of the web platform, has been critically commented. a) b) c)
