Fig. 1. Erikus ric software.

Such a distinct plurality of information allowed for a more complete framework of the state of damage to the built environment. In addition, it allowed to carry out even complex spatial analyses in a short time to support bureaucratic administrative decisions related to the management of the reconstruction process. Erikus-ric was also made available to the offices of the General Directorate of Territorial Government of the Campania Region, for the purpose of drafting the Reconstruction Plan, according to L. 109/2018, art. 24bis. Based on the Erikus-ric software, a web gis was also created; the web-gis allows the consultation and the implementation of data and cartography, even from a tablet or smartphone. Such operation further confirms the capabilities that such a tool has for real-time updating of information. 3. Usability rating of buildings The damage and usability survey campaign allowed to collect data on 1396 buildings, 1204 residential buildings and 192 with other use (i.e production, office, business, touristic, public and strategic services). The usability rating of the residential buildings was: A rating, 456 undamaged buildings (38% of the database); B or C ratings (B-C in the following), 250 (21% of the database) lightly damaged buildings; E rating, 473 (40% of the database) severely damaged building. In terms of structural type, the database consists of 143 reinforced concrete, RC, buildings, 928 masonry buildings and 131 buildings with mixed, steel or other structural type. The distributions of usability rating for RC buildings, masonry buildings and buildings with mixed, steel or other structural type are reported in Fig. 2. It shows that RC buildings resulted less damaged than those with masonry structure and mixed, steel or other structural types. The E ratings class mostly belongs to masonry buildings (i.e. 86% out of 473 E rating buildings). Note that in Fig. 2 buildings that are unusable due to external hazards are also reported by the dashed hatching for each usability rating.
