Figure 8 presents the importance of input parameters. The maximum contribution to the reliability is conducted by the interior diameter, and the O 2 causes the minimum total-effect index. The total effect of the O 2 , Total stress, Temperature and degree of sensitization only accounts for 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5% and 0.7% of the global contribution respectively. Usually, at least 99% of the global contribution is kept to ensure the prediction accuracy. Thus, these parameters variation can be ignored in the further reliability analysis for the studied cases.

The selected primary parameters for the reliability analysis are the interior diameter, wall thickness and IG SCC D . The optimized architecture of the second ANN is shown in Figure 9 and the new analysis results of the input parameters are given by Figure 10.
