Specimens were loaded by Beamtech SGR-Extra-10 Nd:YAG pulse laser with wavelength 1064 nm. Pulse duration was 11nsand pulse energy 9.5 J to 10 J. Laser beam is focused onto a square spot 1x1 mm. To increase the wave amplitude the front surface was covered by a thin water layer. The water layer should be thin because of the absorption
