4. Conclusions High-resolution rhythmocardiography is a formalized informative clinical method for analyzing the current cardiovascular status during the preoperative examination of patients before percutaneous angioplasty. The decrease in the amplitude of the wave structure of heart rate variability is pathogenetically caused by sinoatrial node perfusion disorder, and it testifies to dystrophic changes in the SAN pacemaker cells and other heart structures. The most pronounced disorders in sinus node pacemakers manifest themselves during high-resolution rhythmocardiography as the cardiac autonomic neuropathy syndrome with a high risk of fatality.
