The mission of a carmaker is of course to offer more and more services to its customers, whether in terms of handling performance, comfort or entertainment. They are also some disruptive technologies in terms of driving aids and energy performance. All these improvements don’t have to make us forget the sovereign/historical domain of a carmaker, which is its responsibility to guarantee the safety of its customers under normal use conditions. The question raised to a Structural Durability Team in charge of vehicle synthesis and more especially for Chassis and Body perimeter is to describe the different customer life situations that correspond to the RTME requirement. These life situations will then lead into design specifications and synthesis and / or subsystem validation tests during the whole Product Life cycle. This knowledge of customer life situations must be qualified by RLDA measurements with Fully-instrumented car on the field in real conditions. Our Customer database measurements are the basis for a safe design and optimized test bench validation. In this paper we will develop this activity of qualifying customer solicitation levels called MPF . We’ll introduce also Big Data approach to optimize the cost of RLDA campaigns for MPF and to strengthen the specifications and tests bench validation.
