The improvement of the stress analysis accuracy can be achieved by the account of the microstructural features of the metal used for the indicator. The Al-clad alloy 2024- T3 is a three layers’ composition: clad layer (Al) – core (Al Co-Mg alloy) – clad layer (Al). This kind of analysis is required at the final design and manufacturing for implementation. The sensitivity of the deformation relief evolution to the stress level can be illustrated by the results of surface relief monitoring for three sensors of different sensitivity, Fig. 9.
