3.2. Manufacture process of main parts The execution of the process through several manufacturing processes, including welding the coil to coil sleeve, expanding the cover, pipe bending, and plate boring, which is done by turning, bending, boring, grinding, marking, assembling, and finishing processes. The manufacturing process of sulfur melter heating coil that will be discussed, is the process of making the main components, i.e., coil, cover, and slave nozzle. The process is initiated by preparing coil, cover, and slave nozzle materials in the form of pipes, plates, and elbows following the needs and specifications based on the specified material, as shown in Fig. 5.
