Based on the research of structures of deformation and fractures the mechanisms of damage accumulation of fatigue type and one-time destructions in winter time have been revealed. For the first time, structural forms of fatigue degradation of metal are fixed at operating destruction on a microlevel. The analysis of operating destructions has demonstrated the same type character of destructions of wheel rims of tripper M-200(THE USA), which are fixed after running 15000-20000 km: the appearance of fatigue cracks in the area of tension concentrators that located in TAZ welding and one-time destruction at low air temperatures. 1.
