4.2. J-integral
Using the 1 / 4 model presented in the previous subsection, for a = 5 mm, as a post-processing procedure, Figure 9 shows the node paths that were defined for the contour integration of J . For the mentioned contours, Omicron returns the following results: J 1 = G 1 = 16 . 75 [N / mm] J 2 = G 2 = 19 . 40 [N / mm] J 3 = G 3 = 19 . 86 [N / mm] (14) The following stress intensity factors were obtained, considering the plane stress state: K 1 = 1875 . 5 MPa · mm 1 / 2 K 2 = 2018 . 4 MPa · mm 1 / 2 K 3 = 2042 . 2 MPa · mm 1 / 2 (15)
