Damages accumulation for in-service blades of different stages of a gas-turbine-engine (GTE) can be realized because of the wide range of causes discussed by Shanyavskiy (1999, 2005, 2006, 2014). First, Shanyavskiy (1999) pointed out that inside of an engine foreign objects that interacted with blade introducing stress concentrator changing its stress-state can be introduced. In some cases, it can be directed to air intake surge.
