Inspection and Test Plan The precast concrete segments are produced under strict quality control measures at one of the exclusive ENERCON concrete tower plants. The high level of manufacturing precision is guaranteed through the use of special steel moulds with very low tolerances. To guarantee optimum quality, the properties of the high-strength concrete are also tested by specialized material testing. © 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
