Peer-review under responsibility of the 6th International Co nference “Fracture Mechanics of Materials and Structural Integrity” organizers It has been es ribed the conception of using platinum catalytic lay r in m lti hol fuel nject r atomizer. The cataly ic layer has been placed on not working part of atomiz r needle. The aim of modification was a iv tion of dehyd g nation r ac ion paraffin to olefin hydrocarbons with escape hy rogen molecule in CI ngine bio fuel. Th modificat on of atomiz r with catalytic layer and eaction process l ads to the pre ence of hydrogen and its influence on structural materials properties afte he c talysis which requires th high hydrogen and crack resistance of used materials. There is used high spee steel as material. Article describes how hydrogen and comb stion gases influ nce n thermal friction processes on this material. First of ll, the i vestigations were c nduct 359 engine with biodi sel. Du ng test had been bserved nitrogen oxides, carbon monox de and particles emission. The obtain d re ults show that there is possibility to lower toxic substa c s emission n xhaust gases CI e gine powered by biodiesel. On the second it has b en described the influence of b diesel (including h drogen) on fuel inj ctor compone ts and their influence on structural materials characteristics. There has been presented how biodiesel with hydrogen influences on precision elements and injection and return discharges. The investigation has been made by using engine test bench and fuel injector and pumps test equipment. © 2019 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier B.V. The catalytic layer has been placed on not working part of atomizer needle. The aim of modification was activation of dehydrogenation reaction paraffin to olefin hydrocarbons with escape hydrogen molecule in CI engine bio fuel. The modification of atomizer with catalytic layer and reaction process leads to the presence of hydrogen and its influence on structural materials properties after the catalysis which requires the high hydrogen and crack resistance of used materials. There is used high speed steel as material. Article describes how hydrogen and combustion gases influence on thermal friction processes on this material. First of all, the investigations were conduct 359 engine with biodiesel. During test had been observed nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and particles emission.
