was somewhat higher than on the surface, strengthened by HFMI, and after 2400 hours it was approximately 0.184 mm/y (millimetres per year) and 0.162 mm/y, respectively. The results of metallographic and corrosion tests at high humidity affirmed that application of HFMI technology helps increase of corrosion resistance of the welding joint with a strengthened layer, despite it has a local damage.
