As per the modelling results, it shows that there may not be any significant damages to the experimental bay and the nearby facility when it is subjected to the explosive testing of 500g equivalent TNT. The damage percentage to the structural components are less than 1% and the maximum over pressure at the point of burst is around 127182Pa and the blast loading on most of the structural components are in the range of 86000Pa to 4400Pa only which are assumed to be safe level considering the building design. Based on the study results it is recommended to give the safety clearance for construction of the Detonics study facility. Also it is suggested to have the wired mesh kind of glass windows for the facility building which is suitable for the explosive process building. However this paper gives the probable simulation values only as per the given building design 5. Analysis of Modelling Results
