all installed instruments in space and other equipment; construction technics and works; quality and quantity of works individually and in total by types of works; rules for use and maintenance; schedule, deadlines and scope of inspection, as well as extraordinary inspections; method, methodology and time plan for monitoring the soil and the object during exploitation, as well as the method of measuring measurement, presentation of results and documentation of observations (monitoring), criteria for comparison of results of measurements with allowed values and manner of monitoring and interpretation of observation results. An integral part of the project are: documentation on embedded construction products, devices and equipment (installation, use and maintenance); reports on controls; Bridges maintenance equipment is very important when inspecting bridges, also in maintenance work, and to provide a direct access to all parts of the structure. Time and functional inspection are divided into: technical inspection (with the delivery of the facility), current inspections (along the route), regular inspection every 2 years, main inspections every 6 years before the expiration of the warranty period, extraordinary inspections (in case of extraordinary events), detailed inspections (with special purpose). The duty of the maintenance holder is to organize extraordinary inspection of the facility if there are extraordinary and unexpected events in the warranty period. The Bridge Maintenance Design (Bridge Maintenance Manual) is the documentation necessary for the correct and easy operation of the persons involved in the maintenance. The bridge maintenance Design (Maintenance Guide for the Bridge) contains: instructions for the maintenance and use of the derived facility, eventual upgrading and reconstruction of the building. 8. SWOT Analysis SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) was used for analysis and decision-making in the choice of maintenance models and proposals for the introduction of a monitoring system with the development of the HBIM model. A SWOT Analysis carried out by a bridge maintenance practitioner allows to review the existing maintenance method, including understanding the causes of bridge damage, in order to take on its own strategy for protecting the stone bridge. 9. Conclusion During the case study developing, there was a continuous focus on several main approaches: technical (engineering approach); managerial (roles involving decision-making); (the role that defines and demonstrates: the existence of problems and the state of the construction and its parts, the need for maintenance maintenance and the introduction of structural health monitoring the need for improving the sustainability, reliability and preservation of the integrity of the bridge, the need for the creation of a "bridge identity card" ("register book"), the need for a maintenance project, etc.); cultural-historical (a role that includes a special significance); financially (cost optimization, financing models, etc.); Educational (education of young talented students, as well as other interested experts-workshops, trainings, lectures); scientific (organization of scientific conferences and lectures; initiation of scientific and research projects (coordinated testing and analysis in the field and in laboratories); development projects and innovations (initiating development projects and motivating professionals); market research (preparation of business plans as a basis for planning for investing in future projects). Maintenance of the 441 year old bridge requires great commitment in planning and maintenance, in particular considering the possibility of introducing modern systems such as HBIM and SHM.
