Group 3 demonstrates (Fig.4) an increase in medium-range natural frequencies. Variant 3a has the highest frequencies, indicating the stiffest structural system among all models. Conversely, variant 3b is characterised by minimal frame stiffness and increased susceptibility to deformation under dynamic loads.

As demonstrated in Figure 5, the spatial deformations of the building frame in the fifth mode of natural vibration are presented for all material combinations. It is evident that models incorporating steel and reinforced concrete demonstrate reduced deformations, concomitant with increased stiffness. Conversely, the models constructed from wood exhibited augmented flexibility and deformability.
