piezoelectric layer was clamped in the normal direction on the right side and normal load of σ 2 appl = 20 MPa was prescribed. Temperature change ΔT = –160 °C was considered in order to induce initial thermal strains due to the cooling from poling temperature to the room temperature. The deformed shape and displacements are shown in Fig. 4.
