3.2. Measurements of the strain gauges Strain gauges were installed on the tubular elements of the school desk and their signals were acquired during the test using a high-performance data logging system (Dewesoft Krypton) and its controlling software (Dewsoft X). The acquisition frequency was set to 20000 samples/s.
