Material (S460NL) 460NL steel was used for testing. The chemical composition of HSS grades S460NL is specified in the EN-10025-6 standard [21] and presented in Tab. 1. The tensile test curves of S460NL are shown in Fig. 1. The S460NL mechanical properties with index of dispersion are given in Tab. 2.
