the previous polymer matrix, are present on the fibres. The recycled fibres show no visible deterioration. The average fibre diameter, verified by SEM analysis, is approximately between 7.0-7.5 µm.

SEM analysis of recycled fibre powder SEM analysis is aimed to characterize the shape and cleaning level of the fibre powder considered as a by-product of the innovative recycling process [20]. The powder sample has a declared nominal length of 10 µm. Fig. 4 shows secondary and backscattered electron analysis at 500x, 1000x, and 5000x magnifications.
