2. Experimental device To ensure the measurement of the properties and parameters of equipment and components intended for clean rooms, a laboratory was designed and constructed, which meets the strict conditions for clean rooms defined by international standards STN EN ISO 14 644 parts 1 to 17. The air conditioning system consists of an air conditioning unit intended for ventilation of clean rooms C.I.C. HŘEBEC. A laminar distribution field measuring 2400 x 1600 mm was designed for air supply. Air exhaust is provided by outlets measuring 500 x 200 mm in the corners of the room. There are 3 outlets in each corner (Fig. 1).

3. Concentration and flow rate measurement The measurement was carried out in three different phases. The first phase is after the completion of the space, when the space is empty. The second phase of the measurement, "out of operation", takes place when the operating room is fully equipped. In such an operating room, all the necessary equipment, instruments, furniture and electronic devices are located. The last phase of the measurement, "during operation", records the concentration during normal operation, where there are personnel in the room who are moving and emitting a significant amount of particles. The measurement was also carried out using the LasAir III 350L measuring device, validated by STN EN ISO 14 644, ISO 21501. During the measurement, the supply and exchange rates of air in the room were set in the following variants:
