Interference fringe patterns obtained as a result of probe hole drilling at point 1 of CP-S coupon are shown in Fig. 5. The hole looks slightly blurred due to damage to the surface layers of the material. Nevertheless, this circumstance does not prevent good resolution of interference fringes in the immediate vicinity of its contour.
