Overall, this study offers actionable insights for optimizing LPBF processes. The framework not only advances the understanding of NiTi material behavior during LPBF but also paves the way for producing reliable, high-quality components suitable for various industries. These findings emphasize the need for precise control of process parameters to unlock the full potential of LPBF in manufacturing next-generation materials.
