to both types of loading based on parameters of the material model proposed herein. The sensitivity to the load type was simulated using particular functional appearing in the dissipative part of energy functional. The obtained crack patters should be tested against experimental results to confirm realistic behaviour of the model when the parameters are set to appropriate values. After appropriate tuning of the parameters the computational methodology is intended to be used in other complex engineering calculations.
