2.2. Material properties Compressive strength of concrete was tested in accordance with ASTM C39/C39M-21 standards (ASTM, 2021). The average compressive strength of concrete was 45 MPa. Steel reinforcement had a yield strength of 568 MPa. The CFRP sheets consisted of high strength unidirectional CFRP material (V-Wrap™ C200HM-N), with an elastic
