The data was collected through laboratory experiments where compressive strength was measured at various intervals. 2.2. Data Visualization To better understand the distribution of key features, count plots were generated for categorical variables such as the fly ash percentage and curing time as shown in figure 1. These plots provide insights into the distribution of data points, revealing the concentration of samples in specific fly ash percentage ranges and curing times. Such visualizations help identify potential data imbalances that could affect the model performance. For example, the majority of data points are concentrated around 0% and 20% fly ash, with curing times of 28 and 90 days, highlighting areas that may require careful consideration during model training.
