3. Results and discussion Fig. 2 shows the da/dN-  K curves, noticing that the curve for the As Building condition is above the other two series, irrespective of the applied stress ratio. The stress relieved series and the HIP series exhibited similar da/dN-  K curves, almost perfectly overlapped, which indicates that the HIP process at a pressure of 100 MPa did not change the crack propagation behavior.
