A key finding from this pilot verification was that the fatigue life of repair welds can be significantly extended by applying HFMI. That is why subsequent internal research was devoted to this issue in more detail. 4. Internal Research in the Regional Technological Institute Work [4] was focused on the research of repair welds on a bent T-specimen with fillet welds. The set-up of the experimental program and its results provide the information shown in Fig. 8 and 9.
