6. Conclusion

The combination of SAP and ACNP in comparison with the group of SAP, after PCI after 3 years, increased the frequency of SAP recurrence by 4.5 times, myocardial infarction by 8.4 times. The comparison of SAP with ACNP and SAP with CIF showed an increase in the frequency of SAP recurrence by 4.9 times, myocardial infarction by 9.2 times, death from cardiovascular disease vascular complications increased by 5.9 times with a combination of SAP and ACNP. Despite the homogeneity of the groups with the leading angina syndrome, the presence of comorbid conditions and chronic diseases affects the outcomes of surgical interventions in patients with SAP of high gradations. It is the basis for their detection and correction, along with the treatment of the underlying disease. The data obtained substantiate the need to allocate additional research groups in patients with SAP, to carry out in people with SAP of high gradations before carrying out PCI preventive measures for comorbid conditions and chronic infectious diseases.
