Figure 10: Porous specimens. Tensile tests were carried out to extract stress-strain curves, employing a universal tension–compression testing machine at a displacement rate of 1 mm/min. All quasi-static tests were carried out at room temperature under displacement control. The stress was estimated by dividing the load by the specimens’ cross-section and the strain by dividing the displacement by the length between gears. Three specimens were tested for each set of manufacturing parameters. The reported results are the average values.
