• arrange, group, mediate and determine maximum and minimum values and make statistic calculations on both elements and defects as well as the deterioration level indicators of single elements, groups or the structure as a whole; • define the inspected condition of the structure using deterioration level values, assessing the context where the structure is located, the severity of the environment also based on the results of special tests on the materials and technical investigations if required; • define maintenance, repair and rehab work priorities in the short/medium term based on: indexes representing the condition of structural elements, statistical processing of index values and analysis of time series; • have available information useful for the analysis of the costs of works and their quantification.

5.1. Integration between Project Management and Digital Information Management (BIM): definition of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and database preparation The integration between BIM and Business Intelligence is based on the information management of the process, i.e. on the relationality between information from different databases, in this case from Bim models and the SIOS.
