Nowadays, environmental friendliness, reduction of emissions and reduction of the weight of vehicles are necessary for the railways of Ukraine. Wide use of polymer composite materials (PCM) in mass wagon construction and automobile production, with the emergence of new materials and means of repair and control. However, in the struggle for minimum mass and advanced materials, one should not forget about ecology. The development of secondary processing of composites is a task no less important than the achievement of exceptional structural performance. As practice has shown, the use of equipment and installations for the repair of the open wagon bodies on the railways, which significantly saves time and minimizes the labor costs of personnel, reduces the costs of maintenance and repair of freight wagons, as well as improves the working conditions of inspectors-repairers of wagons and fitters repairing rolling stock.
