methods. However, it has many peculiarities, and in order to achieve high reliability of the obtained results, there is the need for experience in the correct formulation of the finite element model parameters, a balanced approach to the formation of input information arrays describing the properties of the material, welds, base scheme, loading modes, etc. Only under such conditions, computer simulation can help estimate the parameters of the limit state of the welded truss with a high degree of reliability. In the course of the study, the factors influencing the parameters of the limit state of welded trusses were systematized (Fig. 1).
Fig. 1. Factors influencing the parameters of the limit state of welded trusses.
External factors of influence are specified in the design specification and must be considered when determining structural parameters of the truss. Internal factors of influence are laid down by the designer and almost completely depend on the selected material for the truss, i.e. these are its properties under operating conditions Ahrari (2013) . The study was conducted under static loads for a welded rectangular truss of 18000×3600 mm Fig. 2. The truss
material is a rolled angle of 100×100×10 mm, steel A570 -36 Shynhera (2012). A typical scheme for basing and loading the truss of such a design was adopted.
