Based on the results of the harmonic analysis, the following has been established. The main share in the resulting errors of deviation from the roundness of rolling bushings ICS belongs to harmonics of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th orders, their share in the total dispersion of the ICS non-circularity is 67.6...89.2%. To estimate the non-circularity of rolling bushing ICS in the interval 0 - 2π, it is necessary to take into account at least 6 harmonics. The estimation of deviations from the roundness of the rolling bushes ICS of the DRBCs of different manufacturers by Fisher criterion t k indicates significant differences. The highest accuracy of the rolling bushing shape is provided by the technological process implemented at the production of PROMTECHKONSTRUKTSIA, Kramatorsk. The deviation from ICS roundness in the weld area 4) ( 4 and the diametrically opposite one (3 4 5 4) can be estimated by the amplitudes of the first two harmonics, since 10 1 2 2 2 2 1 2 ) 2 (0.9...0.95) ( k k A A A . The dispersions of deviations from ICS roundness in the area opposite to the seam ( 3 4 5 4 ) have minimal values regardless of the chain size and are an order of magnitude smaller than the dispersions of deviations in the seam area ( 4 4 ). The half-sum of the squares of the first two harmonics of deviations from the roundness of rolling bushings ICS for the area opposite to the weld area is 3...5% of the corresponding half-sum of similar harmonics and deviations from roundness for the weld area. The deviation from the roundness of rolling bushings ICS along the entire perimeter ( 2 0 ) is characterized by some average values compared to those considered in other areas. To evaluate them, it is necessary to take into account a larger number of harmonics. The deviation from the roundness of ICS of the bushings of different chain sizes depends on many design and technological factors (rolling processes, bushing pressing conditions, bushing diameters and wall thicknesses). 3. Conclusion. It is determined that the rolling bushings pressed into the plates of the internal links the bushings DRBC have the area located opposite the seam, which has the highest quality indicators of shape accuracy in relation to other parts of the ICS. Based on the above mentioned, it is reasonable to orient the bushings with the folding seam inside the link when assembling the inner DRBC links, thereby ensuring the removal of the bushing-roll contact of ICS section with deteriorated quality indicators, which results in the improved contact conditions of the operating surfaces of DRBC hinges and increased wear resistance.
