Abstract Deviations from the rounding of inner cylinder surface (ICS) of built-up bushings of transmission roller and bushing chains along ICS perimeter as well as in built-up joints and diametral opposite areas are obtained as the result of circlegram statistic processing. It is demonstrated on the basis of harmonic analysis that minimum values of variances of deviations from ICS circle are present in the area located opposite to built-up joint.
