characteristic for a beam with an intermediate support of type 1. For beams with other support types, these dependencies are practically linear up to the design load value q = 64.5 kN/m. Consequently, while the type of intermediate support influences the behavior of a continuous beam in the span, its impact is not significant. Table 2 shows the maximum stress values at characteristic calculation points 1...11 of sections 1-1, 2-2 and 3-3 of the support parts of the beams (see Figs. 2, 3, 4, 5). As anticipated, the highest stresses are observed at the point 3 of beams with unwelded holes. However, these stresses do not surpass the calculated resistance of the utilized steel beyond the yield point. In cross section 3-3, Table 2.
