Materials The cement used in this research was SINAI @ CEM I 52.5N. Fineness of the Cement as shown in Tab. 4 and Cement setting time test is shown in Tab. 4 also. Also compressive strength for used cement is shown in Tab. 6 and 7. Steel fibers
