the measurement protocol is a table of numerical values of the angle 2  (degrees) of the profile peak, the interplanar distance d (angstroms), the maximum intensity I max of the reflected radiation (pulses/sec), FWHM profile half-width (degrees).

FWHM value determination error is 5%. The surveys are carried out in the range of diffraction angles 2  = 123,00  … 125,00  from the second-order reflection planes (hkl) = (220) when using C O - X-ray tube anode as stated by Korchevsky (2004). 4. Results The numerical values of the broadening (FWHM) of diffraction lines profiles reflected from the crystallographic planes of 08ps steel samples vary in the range from 0.15° to 0.5 8 ° (October 2017), with an initial value of 0.23°. The values of FWHM broadening of the diffraction lines profiles of the steel 08ps samples increase significantly with an increase in the level of elastic stresses (Table 4, data for 2016 – 2020 are omitted), but the FWHM of the profiles of the samples placed on the climatic site is noticeably lower.

Tables 5 and 6 show the results of FWHM values of the diffraction lines profiles reflected from second-order planes (220) of AD1 aluminum and M1 copper samples with FCC lattice (data for 2016 – 2020 are omitted). The measured FWHM values of the AD1 aluminum crystal lattice are in the range from 0.34° to 0. 70 ° (November 2020), the initia l FWHM is 0.36° (Table 5 ).
