4. Conclusions The main aim was to study the effect of indenter tip geometry on the mechanical properties obtained for polymeric samples. Indentation size effect was more obvious for Berkovich indentation when compared to the spherical indentation. For the semi-crystalline polymer studied here, it can be concluded that indentation with sharp tip results in more scattering material properties; however, with spherical indentation, data obtained are more consistent.
