The social activities of the event were also very successful, giving the opportunity to the participants to visit the beauties of Porto. The next ESIAM conference will be held very soon in February 18-20 th 2026 in Vicenza, Italy. All the information is already reported in the website of the conference ( LINK ) and the submission of abstracts is still open for the event. We are looking forward to meet you numerous there.

TC16: FINITE FRACTURE MECHANICS

1) A minisymposium was organized by V. Mantic, A. Sapora and I. Garcıa at The Eighth International Conference on Computational Modeling of Fracture and Failure of Materials and Structures, Porto, Portugal, 4-6 June 2025 with 10 lectures on the TC16 topic:

2) A special issue in International Journal of Fracture was published in 2025 devoted to FFM with 12 articles related to the TC16 topic (V. Mantic, guest editor, who has an editorial included).
