TC5: DYNAMICS OF FRACTURE AND STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS A significant contribution was made at the 4th China-Russia Forum on Science and Technology, held in Harbin from October 23 to 27, 2025. The TC5 actively participated in Session V: Materials Science and Technology. This forum provided a high-level international platform to discuss cutting-edge challenges and advancements related to a broad range of topics including our core focus on dynamic material behavior and failure mechanisms under extreme conditions. To further consolidate expertise within our specific field, TC5 successfully organized a dedicated Minisymposium as part of the 1st Biennial ESIS-CSIC Conference on Structural Integrity (BECCSI 2025). This session served as a focal point for presenting and debating the latest research on dynamic fracture, impact engineering, and related structural transformation phenomena, reinforcing the committee's role in advancing this specialized domain. Looking ahead, the TC5 has proactively worked to foster deeper collaborative research. To this end, a targeted set of scientific problems central to the dynamics of fracture and structural transformations has been systematically elaborated. This initiative is designed to catalyze a long-term collaboration between ESIS and CSIC, and the formal proposal detailing these joint research avenues has been submitted to the Russian ESIS group for consideration and implementation. TC12: RISK ANALYSIS AND SAFETY OF LARGE STRUCTURES AND COMPONENTS

Grzegorz Lesiuk and his team organized the 3rd International Symposium on Risk Analysis and Safety of Complex Structures, IRAS 2025, September 11 - 12, 2025 in beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland ( LINK ) . TC12 organized the minisymposium in the scope of the 1 st BECCSI on “Multiscale aspects of structural integrity and Safety of technical system” with keynote lecture delivered online by Elena Fedorova from Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia.
